SEMS 50th Anniversary Meeting
Join us in Columbia, SC, May 20 through 23 for the SEMS 2014 meeting! The meeting will be held at the Clarion Hotel which is located at 1615 Gervais St in the downtown area of Columbia, SC. The Clarion Hotel is situated on an historic site from the Civil War and only minutes from the SC State Museum, the Art Museum and the zoo if any participants want to come early or stay after the meeting.

This will be the 50th Anniversary for the SEMS meeting and we are hoping to see many friends and past members of SEMS, as well as welcoming many new members. Jay Jerome is the Program Chair for the meeting and many exciting talks and a strong Ruska competition for our students are being planned Ruska Award Announcement. Bob Price is the local arrangements chair and will be hosting a pre-meeting reception/fish fry at his home on the evening of Tuesday, May 20. All meeting participants are invited to attend.
